At Ton Ton BKK on Tanao Road, also known as, Ton ton - Coffee, eggs, & baked goods. Chef-Owner Thon has a simple mission: to make good food uncomplicated. In a city as busy as Bangkok, his cooking philosophy is all about comfort and clarity.

Thon sees his food mirroring his personal style:

"Life is already complicated, so I cook the way I dress on a busy day: a t-shirt, joggers, and white sneakers. Easy. Comfortable. Reliable."

Simple Food, Good Technique

That is the essence of our American home cooking. It's food that is served in its most comforting, straight-up form:

  • Fluffy pancakes, cooked golden and stacked high

  • A classic breakfast burger stacked with egg, hash brown, and sausage patty.

  • Golden French toast with cream cheese and blueberry compote.
